A 20 minute session using leg compression bags, also known as Intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) devices, can help with circulation, swelling, pain, in the prevention of blood clots and treat conditions like chronic venous insufficiency.

This is a New Patient appointment where you and Troy will go over your intake form and assess your pain and body movement. As a result, Troy will develop a personalized treatment plan for you. This will also include about 90 minutes of bodywork.

Every New Patient to Get Me Goings MUST have a consultation with the founder, Troy Goings. During this consultation, Troy will complete the intake and assessment. He will also determine what your goals and expectations will be during your treatments here at Get Me Goings. He will then assign you to one of his amazing therapists to begin the treatment plan. All consultations will be done via zoom or google meetings, your choice.
The $175 fee that is associated with this appointment pays for the consultation AND your first treatment which is 90 minutes. You must call or Text 916-877-4325 to book this appointment. Angela, our Patient Coordinator will schedule this with you.
